How much are the shipping costs?
We ship our products via DHL parcel shipping with tracking, so you can always keep an eye on the package. Shipping takes place from Germany and the prices are for shipping to:

How long is the delivery time?
The production time is normally 1-3 days and the delivery time is 3-7 days
Can I return the product?
Yes, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. You just have to inform us in writing beforehand! We will then give you information about where to send the package.
The exception to this rule are personalized products, as they were created specifically for you.
What do I have to consider?
Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
Which size should I order?
You will find a size chart for every item of clothing. If you're not sure about the size, pick up your favorite piece and measure its width.
What about the sustainability of the products?
We consciously decided on the “Print on Demond” model because it eliminates the need for unnecessary overproduction! It is only produced when it is ordered. This ensures sustainable production.
Is the print high quality and sustainable?
Our products are produced using a highly efficient printer, which uses a fixing fluid to provide the best conditions for a long-lasting product.
A water-based substrate and environmentally friendly ink avoid chemical substances and strengthen the idea of sustainability.
✏️ Note: If your product has a vinegar-like smell, you can be sure that this has a positive background. Using an organic fixing liquid ensures that the motif has an optimal hold on your textile.
After the first wash the smell is no longer present.

What do I have to pay attention to when caring for it?
Washing instructions before washing
You should turn the garment "to the left" before washing - in practice this means turning the inside of the product inside out. The advantage here is that the printed outside is protected from the friction of the drum and the quality of your new product is maintained in the long term.
Furthermore, this item of clothing may be washed at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. Please do not put it in the dryer and only iron it inside out.
Odor and residue disappear after the first wash.
